Before any merchandise can be returned, you must complete this simple RMA form and submit it. We will email you back an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, along with a special shipping label that must be used on your return shipment.
The RMA form requires that you enter your PMSL Order Number and the Return Product SKU , You will find that information on your original order located in MY ACCOUNT.
RETURNS :- All merchandise being returned must be unopened and in re-sellable condition in order to receive a refund. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
EXCHANGES :- PMSL considers an exchange as merchandise being returned for a refund, and a new product being purchased. To expedite you receiving your new product as soon as possible, we suggest you place the new order first. For the merchandise being returned, please follow the instructions for RETURNS to receive your refund.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS :- Fill out the RMA From and we will send you a replacement product right away at no cost. You will also receive a shipping label by email which you will need to return the defective product. You then have a 10 calendar day period in which to return the defective product (we pay all shipping cost) following receipt of our email. If you fail to send us back the defective product, you will be charged for the replacement product and all shipping costs paid by PMSL to ship it to you.
