PMSL will accept returns up to one month from the original order date of any unopened products for a full refund of the amount paid, less any discounts provided and shipping charges. If shipping on your original order was free based on the total invoice amount being equal to or greater than $75, the current minimum PMSL shipping charge or the actual amount PMSL paid to ship the products, whichever is greater, will be deducted from the full refund amount. The customer is always responsible for any shipping charges to return an item (assuming the return was not based on a error we made, in which case the shipping is on us).
The product must be unopened and in re-sellable condition to qualify for a full refund. Products that have been opened or are not in re-sellable condition cannot be returned.
A restocking fee of 6% is charged on any individual products priced at $300 or more on the PMSL invoice.
Refunds are made in the same method used for payment. Examples: Visa payments receive Visa credits to the same card. Check payments will be mailed a check from PMSL. PayPal payments will be credited back to PayPal.
To return an item, please complete the Return Merchandise Authorization form and follow all provided instructions.
PMSL considers an exchange to be a return of one product, and the purchase of a different product. We suggest placing the order to purchase the new product first to expedite receiving it as quickly as possible. Follow the same directions as above for returning a product. The same guidelines apply to all returns, including exchanges.
If a defective item appears to be the result of damage sustained during shipping (a crushed or opened box), please contact the shipping company directly and file a claim. PMSL makes all efforts to pack and products using accepted industry standards to insure the safety of the item under normal shipping conditions. Shipping companies will always refuse to accept poorly packed or previously crushed packages from our warehouses.
When a product is defective, damaged or is not working properly – and is not based on a packing or shipping issue – we will always get you a product replacement as soon as possible at no cost to you.
Step 1 Is to fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (you will be asked to log-in to your PMSL account) and be sure to check the box marked defective item, and fill in any other information required. We still need to receive the defective item for evaluation, but not before we ship you the replacement part.
When we ship out the replacement product, we will include a shipping label so you can ship us back the damaged or defective part at no cost to you. If you do not have the defective part, we cannot send the replacement without charging you for it. From the date you then receive the replacement part from us, you have a full 10 days to send us back the damaged part for evaluation. If you fail to ship the defective item within that 10-day period, you will be charged for both the replacement part and all shipping charges to send it to you.

PMSL sells P-touch Printers and 3D Systems Printers and Scanners. We offer support for problems you may run up against regarding the P-touch tapes and P-Touch Accessories as well as the 3D Printer Consumables and Accessories (“consumables”) and certain non-mechanical accessories used in those products, but not for the actual hardware and software (downloads or DVDs) issues having to do with the printers or systems themselves. PMSL does not provide any technical assistance at all.

1. If you cancel your order prior to it being prepared to ship (boxed and packaged) and shipped, we will credit a full refund to your account.
2. If you cancel your order prior to it being shipped, but after it has been prepared for shipping, PMSL charges a $5.95 handling fee that will be deducted from the refund amount credited back to your account.
